These terms govern your use of www.quad-a.com, operated by Quad-A Group of Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda. By using this site you accept them. The Quad A Academy (academy.quad-a.com) and the XP Africa store (store.quad-a.com) have additional terms presented on those platforms — enrolment, examination, refund and purchase terms are governed there.
1 · Who we are
Quad-A Group is an audio production company: audio post-production and Dolby Atmos mixing, the Quad A Academy training division, and the XP Africa sound library and store.
2 · Use of this site
- You may browse and share links to this site freely.
- You may not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site or its exam and verification systems, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent an affiliation with Quad-A.
3 · Intellectual property
All content on this site — audio, video, imagery, showreels, text, logos and design — belongs to Quad-A Group or its licensors and collaborators, and is protected by copyright. Client work is shown with permission for portfolio purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission, except for fair-use quotation with attribution.
4 · Certificates & verification
Academy certificates remain the property of Quad A Academy and are valid only while verifiable through our verification page. Forging, altering or misrepresenting a certificate is prohibited and may be reported.
5 · Third-party links
The site links to external platforms (YouTube, Spotify, social networks, partner sites). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content.
6 · No warranties · limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. While we work to keep information current and the site available, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all showcase information is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quad-A Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ugandan law.

8 · Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and disputes are subject to the courts of Uganda.
